Emergent Readers
During my last year of teaching special ed. for K-2, I have learned how much my students love to read about their friends and family. It is very motivating for them to read, write, label, and draw about people they know. Therefore, I have made 2 emergent reader books that incorporate the theme of friends and family. Students have the opportunity to be apart of the process of making these books. You can have students glue pictures or draw pictures. Students also have the choice to write the names of their family members and friends. I hope you enjoy!
